Judging school 2006 - The NCRS Judging Process

1966 to judge

Again Andre Boer was so kind to host the NCRS 2006 Judgingschool in his Dutch Corvette Museum. He also offered two cars to be judged:

* 1954 Chevrolet Corvette
* 1966 SB Corvette Convertible (met hardtop)

Hereby the picture of the 1966 car:

Lets judge

After a presentation to explain the background of the NCRS judging process the interior and exterior sections for the '54 and '66 Vette are assigned to the participating member. Here an action shot of Piet judging the '54 interior.

Engine compartment

The engine compartment also looks great!

Exhaust and rear bumper

Wheel weight inspection

Clemens checks the wheel weights (should not be metric!) and if the inside of the rims are nicely paint sprayed...

Horn inspection

The casting numbers of the horns also are subject to inspection!

The '66 interior team

Also the interior of the '66 is carefully inspected by Joop and Jordy.

Exterior inspection

Also the exterior of the 1966 is inspected, this time by Fred and Twan.

Room for discussion

During judging enough time is available to discuss the results and admire the other beauifull cars at the museum.

Here the impressive, but incorrect 67 hood (although it sure does look good!)

Evaluate results

Afterwards the results are evaluated with owner of the cars.
